I love wiredog and get terrific service. I don't get disconnected like my previous service and you have the greatest and the most friendly tech support. After landing in Tonya’s knowledgeable hands, the reservations for our Bed and Breakfast have soared. She has made our web site highly visible on many search engines. Many of our customers have remarked on the ease with which they found us using key words that stated exactly what they were looking for. We have also had many compliments on the website itself. The personnel at Professional Networks, Inc. worked with me to design a system that would meet the company’s needs, provide for future growth and upgrades, made recommendations and/or incorporated features for data storage, security, and critical system redundancy, installed the system with very minimal disruption and downtime, provided training and continues to provide support when necessary. If I need IT support, Professional Networks, Inc., by virtue of being a local company and having performed a turn key installation, can provide immediate assistance, and has an intimate working knowledge of the equipment, how it is configured, the personnel who use the equipment and their needs.

Professional Networks has remained committed to delivering the best value and customer service in handling all of our company email accounts and company website. The technical support group is easily accessible (via telephone or email). They offer great training sessions in their facilities to assist with any problems or concerns the customer has. I couldn't be more satisfied with a hosting company than I am with Professional Networks. Our site, which has a lot of photos, loads quickly and if I ever have a question, I know that the support staff is there to help me.
