Pulaski Networks (PSKnet) High-Speed Internet Business Acquisition
We are happy to welcome you to Professional Network’s Wiredog Internet service. We understand you may have a few questions concerning your service. Please allow us to clarify and hopefully help you with any issues you may have.
BILLING

Your monthly rate will stay the same; however, your first invoice may be prorated in order to bring billing due on the 15th of each month with Net Terms of 15 days in accordance with Wiredog billing practices.

If you currently have an invoice due to PSKNet, please remit payment to PSKNet. When you receive an invoice from Professional Networks, Inc. you can then remit payment to us.
EMAIL

Your email address is now a wiredog.com address. For now, your @psknet.com email address is forwarded to the @wiredog.com email address. Sitestar, the company that owns the psknet.com domain, will forward these for up to 30 days. We recommend you notify the people in your address book of the change as soon as possible.

Your @wiredog.com email address is active and you can access it by going to www.wiredog.com and entering yourpskusername@wiredog.com and your password and clicking Login. You can also set up Outlook Express, Outlook, and Windows Mail by using incoming.wiredog.com for your incoming server and outgoing.wiredog.com for your outgoing server - use your full wiredog.com email address as the username. Further instructions may be found at http://www.wiredog.com/vainternetservice.aspx#9.

YOU MAY NOW ACCESS YOUR OLD PSKNET EMAIL AT psk.wiredog.com - JUST LOG IN WITH YOUR PSKNET.COM EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD.
INTERNET CONNECTION ISSUES
- Please power cycle your equipment before calling. (Unplug the power for your outside antenna, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in. Unplug the power for your router if you have one, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in.) Also restart your computer. This will save time in the troubleshooting process and may resolve your issue.
DIALUP INTERNET
If at any point you should need technical support feel free to call 888-544-7544 during business hours or 276-601-8432 and leave a message after 5:00 p.m. WE ARE EXPERIENCING HEAVY CALL VOLUME AND WILL RETURN YOUR CALL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING. PLEASE TRY TO LIMIT CALLBACKS AS THEY CAUSE FURTHER DELAYS.
