Software experience:

• MS Word
• Excel (helpful, but not required)
• Macromedia Suite of Products - Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash (helpful, but not required)
• Thorough understanding of the Internet
• Microsoft IIS (for Website DNS purposes)

Job Duties (including, but not limited to):

• Website data entry
• Domain / DNS Maintenance
• Email account setups & modifications
• Website set-up & maintenance
• Search engine submission
• Website statistic & ranking reports
• Client training on proprietary web system
• Web client customer service & help desk
• Business card and other print media design
• Website Help Desk – answering current web client questions, entering jobs, etc.
